High Reliability Series Serial EEPROMs

A serial EEPROM (Electrically Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory) is non-volatile memory that can be overwritten electrically, in units of bytes. It is used in computers and other electronic devices to store small amounts of data. ROHM offers top-class high reliability serial EEPROMs.

Selection1

I2C BUS BR24□□□□Family

Expanded

  • Compatible with I2C BUS, utilizing 2-wire communication: SCL (Serial Clock), SDA (Serial Data)
  • Devices other than EEPROMs can connect to the same port, minimizing the number of ports required.
  • Single power source: 1.7V to 5.5V (BR24S□□□series); compatible with low voltage Fast Mode operation
Selection2

SPI BUS BR25□□□□Family

Expanded

  • High 5MHz (max.) clock frequency
  • Wait function via Hold terminal
  • Part of or the entire memory array can be set to prevent write operations (ROM)

Selection3

Microwire BUS BR93□□□Family

Expanded

  • 3-wire serial communication : Chip Select, Serial Clock, and Serial Data I / O (requires external I / O connection)
  • High-speed 2MHz clock frequency (BR93L□□, BR93A□□series)
  • Fast Write possible: 5ms write cycle time (BR93L□□, BR93A□□series)
Selection4

WL-CSP EEPROM Family

Expanded

  • WL-CSP Ideal for Compact Modules
  • Double cell technology ensures zero accidental failures
  • Safe, streamlined production
